act4ward jottings:-

Act4ward features a live updating process - with content being added or removed on a regular basis. It probably will never be finished - as new stuff appears on a regular basis. Time however is against us, and sometimes updates do not happen as we would like - so anything not covered feel free to ask questions.

So you want to be an actor?

I have long believed that actors are born creative and not the product of intense training.

Ofcourse training can and will help, but those basic instincts and that creative edge come I feel from birth.

It also often comes from autism - which explains in part The Halfling Project tie up.

Wanting to be an actor for many is a burning condition , it;s not just a job it's your life.

What other job offers you so much rejection, and yet potentially so much personal reward.

In film & tv your acting efforts could well outlast you and become a monument to your life [ how's that for being dramatic].

Theatre is alive and exciting [but pays badly]

Ofcourse you may choose to act only part time - for fun rather than profit.

Or you may work as background talent as an extra.

Act4ward is here for those early stages of doubt but excitement.

It's a fantastic journey - are you up to the ride?
